August 16, 17/2014, A Buffet of Christmas Cards

 

Some spent the day and some just spent a couple of hours, but all had fun stamping a few (or sometimes a lot) of Christmas Cards.  A Buffet is just that – different selections to choose from and then fill up your ‘plate’ with just one or two (or more) of each or just one of each of your favourites.  Just like a real Buffet!!

August 11/2014, Three Quick Cards

 

We used

• the SImply Scored diagonal plate to get those score lines on the Happy Birthday card
• one of the new In Colours – Mossy Meadow – was the base for the Thinking of You Card
• the Work of Art stamp set and last year’s In Colour – Coastal Cabana – to create a clean and simple one layer card.

August 8/2014, Stamp Camp at the Pioneer 73 Club

A leisurely morning of stamping with even time for a coffee break!!
Cards included the paper pierced window, some different ‘greenery’, a little fussy cutting and a fancy fold.
